Company History
The Katselnik family has been in the construction industry for over three generations. Arkadi Katselnik, the founder of K&K, was first introduced to the craft by his father, and in turn, Arkadi has passed on his experience and wisdom to his son Leon who has been at the helm of K&K for the past decade.
K&K has successfully managed and completed hundreds of successful projects for over thirty years in Manhattan. We have developed a unique methodology that enables us to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Under Arkadi’s guidance, Leon was able to develop an appreciation for design function which has given K&K a unique confidence to realize the client’s design intent and lead to numerous successful high-end projects.
K&K has carved out a special positioning and niche in the industry as the premier, hands-on, and collaborative interior construction specialist who always adds continuous value and style to projects we venture into.
